How to Distinguish Inferior Square Pipes?
1. Because the inferior square pipe is not processed properly, many burrs exist on the surface, which will easily scratch the surface of the pipe. So here comes the first identification method: those with many scratches on the surface are of poor quality.
2. In order to achieve large negative tolerance, manufacturers of inferior square pipes will increase the reduction during product processing, which will lead to thin and low transverse ribs of finished products. Therefore, it is best not to buy square pipes if such a situation is found.
3. The reason why the square pipe becomes a square pipe is that the cross section of it is square, but if the inferior square pipe is not processed properly in this respect, the cross section of it will be oval.
4. When you purchase square pipes, you can simply distinguish an inferior one from others by measuring them with a professional ruler, because inferior square pipes basically can't reach the standard size.
As long as the square pipes are in the situation described above, it means that they are of inferior materials, which can be shut out.
