Three-Way Valve Manifolds

3 valve manifold is mainly used to connect the process end and the pressure transmitter or pressure gauge to cut off the process fluid and the instrument line, so as to adjust and repair the instrument parts.

Typical applications include pressure gauges with a three-valve manifold, compatible with brands such as Wika, Ashcroft, SPX and other imported pressure gauges. Three valve manifold for the transmitter is used together with the pressure transmitters from brands such as Siemens, Rosemount, EJA, abb, etc.

It can also be used for the connection of electronic pressure switches such as UE, SMC and domestic electronic pressure controllers. 

Feature:                                                 

1. Pressure up to 10000psi (414bar) for the standard stainless steel body

2. Temperature for PTFE packing from -65℉ - 450℉ (-54℃ - 232℃). Temperature for Grafoil packing from -65℉ - 1200℉ (-54℃ - 649℃)

3. Packing below stem thread isolates the thread lubricant from the media

4. Back seating design protects the packing in a fully open position

5. Non-rotating stem tip 100% factory tested
