ASTM A106 Grade B Pipe Bend

The 90 Degree 5D Pipe Bend, supplied as per ASME B16.49 and ASTM A106 Grade B standards, is a 4-inch bend with a minimum wall thickness of 7.14 mm. Featuring a 3-layer polyethylene surface for enhanced corrosion protection, it includes a 500 mm tangent length and is designed for butt-weld (BW) connections.

Our ASME B16.49 Hot Induction Bend factory specializes in producing high-quality bends from Carbon Steel API 5L and ASTM A106 Grade B materials. We offer seamless bends in sizes from 1/2 to 24 inches and welded/ERW/fabricated bends from 10 to 36 inches, with lengths ranging from 300 to 1500 mm.
