FQ41F Flanged Discharge Ball Valves

FQ41F flanged discharge ball valve is mainly used for the bottom discharge, discharge, sampling and no dead zone shutdown operation of reaction kettle, storage tank and other containers. The discharging ball valve is a special structure discharging ball valve, which has the advantages of close distance between valve seat and end flange, less material retention, compact structure and excellent sealing performance. It can be used for reaction pots in fine chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry and chemical industry, and can also be used for conveying fine and soft granular media. Using PPL or M sealing material, it is more wear-resistant and temperature-resistant. Moreover, it is the most ideal product for toothpaste industry and vacuum paste making pots. The discharging ball valve is suitable for aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and various organic acids, strong acids and strong oxidants with various concentrations from-50℃ to 150℃. FEP is also suitable for pipelines with strong alkali organic solvents with various concentrations and other corrosive gases and liquid media. The left flange of the discharging ball valve is one gear larger than the right flange, D1 is connected with the reaction kettle; the numerator is the size of the right flange; the denominator is the size of the left flange JB78, and the reaction kettle is equipped with 50L-5000L.
