Characteristics of Butterfly Valve Flange
1. Small and light, easy to disassemble and maintain, and can be installed at any position.
2. The structure is simple and compact, the operating torque is small, and the 90-degree rotary opening is quick.
3. The flow characteristics tend to be straight, and the regulation performance is good.
4. The connection between the disc plate and the valve stem adopts a pin-free structure, which overcomes possible internal leakage in certain parts.
5. The outer edge of the disc adopts spherical shape, which improves the sealing performance and prolongs the service life of the valve. It keeps zero leakage after opening and closing more than 50,000 times under pressure.
6. The seals are replaceable and reliable for a two-way seal.

Flanged butterfly valve is suitable for temperature ≤120℃ or ≤150℃, nominal pressure ≤1.6MPa, used in drainage, sewage, food, heating, gas, shipping, hydropower, metallurgy, energy system, textile and other industries. It is especially suitable for two-way sealing and occasions where the valve body is easy to corrode, and is used as a flow regulating and cut-off medium.
